This beautifully designed kitchen is a great place to grab some refreshments and prepare dinner. Come and warm your bodies on the slow burning Aga – which is also great for putting a casserole in to slow cook if you are out exploring and great for making toast. The Aga is set on a know heat so not suitable for cooking on but there is a fabulous fan assisting oven and built in microwave and a ceramic hob. There is kettle, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker also available. Sit in the kitchen on a leather settee or perch yourself at the table to seat four as you prepare lunch.

Situated directly outside the kitchen. Enjoy family/friends meals sat in our luxury dining room with a large table with seating for 10. With views into the garden from the bay window you can watch the wild birds batheing in the bird bath and feeding. Let the Eusemere Lodge Host know if you require high chairs.

This fabulous lounge area offers extensive views over the garden and river. Open up the doors between the bay windows onto the decking offering a veranda. Close the doors and draw the highland check wool curtains as the day closes, light the wood stove and get cosy. With brown leather stand alone chairs and sofas you can move them round the fire to reflect on your adventures in Ullswater or place the chairs around the TV to watch the HD4K Television.

Overlooking the garden is the Sleigh Bedroom. In the main part of the lodge a gorgeous velvet double sleigh bed awaits you after a long day. The bedroom overlooks the garden and the lake. Choose which pillows you require feather or memory foam and all the mattress covers and pillow covers are anti allergy. The bedroom has a separate bathroom close by with a roll top bath and shower.

In the main lodge is the master bedroom . Step back in time and retire to sleep in a classic regency bed. A quiet room where luxury curtains and blinds compliment the Regency style furniture. There is room in this bedroom for a cot if required.

Just outside the door entrance from the dining room is a bedroom which is ideally situated for the younger members of your party. With a HD4K television on the wall encourage the kids to relax and sleep in this room whilst you are dining. The bedroom hosts 2 deluxe bunk sleigh beds which are roomy enough for adults to sleep in. The bedroom is close by to a separate bathroom which has a TV on the wall to relax in a roll top bath. With an inbuilt cupboard wardrobe cupboards there is enough space for clothes. A gorgeous double wrought iron bed awaits you at the end of the day. This room is on the ground floor of the tower overlooking the garden. There is a tree outside the bay windows where wild birds bathe and feed. Choose which pillows you require feather or memory foam and all the mattress covers and pillow covers are anti allergy.

In the tower on the ground floor sleep in a beautiful open king sized four poster bed overlooking the garden and river. The bed offers a luxury memory foam mattress. Choose which pillows you require feather or memory foam and all the mattress covers and pillow covers are anti allergy. There are room mood lights in this room running into the en suite which boasts a modern roll top bath with heated towel rail.

Along the hall in the original lodge you will find the games room which hosts a full size pool table overlooking the gardens and river. There is a chest full of games to play to challenge all ages of guests.

On the second floor of the tower enjoy the space of the tower enjoying views of the garden and the river. Simply relax on the leather recliner chairs or watch the latest Movies on Super HD 55in Cinema curved TV. There is Netflix available at the property to download films or there is a selection of Blue-ray DVDS available. For the gamers in the family plug in your games and choose to lie on the recliner chairs to play or push up the 2 seater leather settees for a closer view as you challenge each other. Choose the lighting for the mood in the room.

Take time out in the conservatory to read the papers from the local shop overlooking the garden or take time to read the extensive books available on the bookcases throughout the house. Watch the wild birds in the garden, our resident wild rabbits, ducks, swans, the odd heron bathing and if you are lucky you may catch a glimpse of blue from the kingfisher on his daily visit. This room lies between the tower and the main lodge.

A luxury bathroom is close to the dining room, the Sleigh Bedroom and the Guest bedroom. A fabulously designed modern bathroom offers a roll top bath with T.V. The bathroom has a vanity unit with basin and also WC. There is a point for shaving and also an illuminated mirror. With a heated towel rail available to step out of the bath into a warm towel.

A spacious traditional bathroom with a cast iron roll top bath and offering a shower with multi jets. Step back in time and hang your towels on the Victorian towel rail light the candles and bathe in the roll top bath.

This beautiful bathroom is at the bottom of the stairs to the tower and close by to the Tower Garden Bedroom.  There is a power shower, bidet, basin and WC.

Across the hall room the Slumber room is a beautiful bathroom complete with Roll Top Bath. Relax in the bath and watch Amazon TV for some peace and quiet. With an illuminated mirror for shaving or make up application this bathroom offers pure luxury. With lemon balm in a muslin under the flow of water from the bath if you want a scented bath.

Several seating picnic areas with views of river and lake. Stream running through the length of the garden. Fire pit to light up those warms summer evenings and barbecue. There is garden furniture available to use on the stone terraces at the riverside or on the decking overlooking the garden and river.

The Master bedroom in the Hunting Lodge end of the house offers the privacy of an ensuite bathroom complete with shower and beautiful towel rail to warm those towels ready for coming out of the shower.

Eusemere Lodge owns the fishing rights for the 100 metre river front at the bottom of the garden. Wild Brown Trout, Perch, Pike, Sea Trout and Salmon.

From the top floor in the tower use our high powered telescope to view the night sky.
