Property Information

Is broadband/Wi-Fi available?
Eusemere Lodge has Wi-Fi available throughout the property to keep all the family connected.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately Eusemere Lodge does not cater for pets – we can help organise kennels nearby though if you want to bring your dog to enjoy your vacation with you where you will be able to pick them up every day for walks. We have decided not to allow animals in the property so the property does not exclude people with allergies from booking Eusemere Lodge.
Is there Parking?
Eusemere Lodge has parking for up to 4 vehicles within an enclosed locked private garden. There are electric gates available at the property which you will be able to use once you have arrived at the property.
Is there a garden?
Eusemere Lodge offers a delightful enclosed river side garden. The garden boasts a stream, many river terraces, a firepit and various seating areas. There is a veranda which offers decking overlooking the river and also a patio area. Please be mindful if you have a young family that the property is on the river. The garden offers various trees and shrubbery which is inviting for wildlife. We have a number of resident wildlife birds, shrews, rabbits, swans, kingfisher, ducks a nature lovers paradise. There is ample space in the garden great for garden party where Eusemere Lodge host can help organise family celebrations etc.
Do I pay for heating and fuel?
All of the heating is covered in the overall price of your holiday this also includes wood and kindling for firepit fires in the garden and the beautiful open fire which is based in the Hunting Room in the house.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Eusemere Lodge provides towels and bed linen. If a family requires housekeeping this service can be arranged with the Eusemere Lodge Host coordinator Catherine on 07872579224.
Will there be a TV at the property?
Eusemere Lodge offers a movie games room with a 65 inch television which has access to a number of films and also Netflix. There are also TV in the Hunting Room and a number of bedrooms in the property.
Will there be a cot and high chair at the property?
Eusemere Lodge offers a travel cot for those little people and also a high chair. If there is more than one infant in your party please contact Eusemere Lodge Host Catherine on 07872579224 to discuss requirements.
Is there a fridge / freezer available?
Eusemere Lodge offers an integrated fridge within the kitchen and then in the utility room there is a free-standing fridge. There are also 2 freezers available in one of the garages in the property. If you would like groceries to be ordered and unpacked on your arrival please contact the Eusemere Lodge Host Catherine on 07872579224 for more details.
Is the property suitable for people with restricted mobility?
Unfortunately Eusemere Lodge was not built with access in mind. There are a number of steps throughout the property which need to be negotiated. Please contact Eusemere Lodge Host Catherine on 07872579224 for more information.
Can I over occupy the property and take another infant?
Yes, Eusemere Lodge allows extra infants under the age of five to join your vacation.
Is smoking and vaping allowed at the property?
Eusemere Lodge has a no smoking policy within the house. Please if smoking outside we ask you to dispose of your cigarette buds accordingly.
Can we have groceries delivered to the property?
Eusemere Lodge has a dedicated host available to organise groceries to be delivered and unpacked on arrival. Please contact Catherine on 07872579224.
Can we have oxygen tanks at the property?
This would need to be discussed with the Eusemere Lodge Host if required.

Looking but not yet booked

How much is the deposit for the booking?
In order to make a booking a £1000 pound deposit is required and full payment is required 4 weeks before the booking date.
How to make a payment?
Payments can be made online – If required payment can be made over the phone by card. Please call Eusemere Lodge Host Catherine on 0787257224.
When is the final payment due?
The final payment is due 4 weeks before the vacation.
What if I suffer from pet allergies?
All of the bedding is hypoallergenic. The property does not allow any pets.
What are security deposits?
Eusemere Lodge requires a £1000 pound security deposit. This is a bond which can cover any accidents / breakages at the property. This will be returned within 48 hours after departure.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please read clause 9 of our Terms & Conditions.
Do I have to clean the property?
Eusemere Lodge will be cleaned before arrival – we ask the party if they will wear Eusemere slippers within the house to help keep the property clean, we ask that the property is left in a good standard. If there is deep cleaning required after your departure the security deposit would be used this will be discussed with the lead member.

Booked but not yet travelled

What are security deposits?
Eusemere Lodge requires a £1000 pound security deposit. This is a bond which can cover any accidents / breakages at the property. This will be returned within 48 hours after departure.
When will I receive my arrival details?
After confirmation of your initial booking – Arrival details will be sent 1 week before the vacation begins.
What are the arrival/departure times?
Arrival time is 15.00 hours and departure of Eusemere Lodge is 10.00 hours.
How do I arrange my arrival?
You will receive final holiday details which will give information on how to access keys to the property. If there are any problems you can contact Eusemere Lodge Host Catherine on 07872579224.
I need to cancel my booking, what are the charges?

What can I do if I want to change my dates after booking?
There will be an admin charge of £35.00 to change a booking date. There may be an additional payment too required if the booking is in peak dates. Please contact Eusemere Lodge Host to on 07872579224.

What if I can’t find the property?
There are details and directions on how to find the property. If you are still unable please call Eusemere Lodge Host Catherine on 07872579224.
What if I have caused damage at the property?
The security bond is taken to insure against any major breaks at the property. You are liable for the contents during the duration of your stay.
